The Han River (Hangang) flows through the heart of Seoul, offering visitors a refreshing blend of nature and cityscape.
From relaxing bike rides along its tree-lined paths to evening cruises beneath the glowing bridges, there’s something for everyone. 
Start your journey at one of the major riverside parks—Yeouido, Ttukseom or Banpo—for scenic views and a chance to experience Seoul’s outdoor culture. For example, the Banpo Bridge moonlight fountain show is a favourite among locals and tourists alike. 
Prefer a different vantage point? Consider a riverside picnic, renting a bike or joining a cruise to see the city from the water. You’ll find cafés and snack trucks lined up at key points along the riverbank. Autumn and spring are ideal seasons, when the foliage and mild weather make strolling even more enjoyable.
